Somehow another short week turned into a LONG one for me. I spent Monday at the allergist and Honda and yet the rest of the week dragged. Sigh. Doesn’t help that it’s still 90+ degrees around here! I know I’ll be complaining about the cold weather come January, but my allergies can’t take much more of this dry, hot, ragweed-infested season.
I’m still on a spending freeze, but there’s a few products I’d like to add to my makeup bag once the freeze has lifted.
Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm: Cleansing balms are all the rage and I am intrigued. I haven’t bought anything Clinique since high school but at this price point, it’s worth a try! I’m a little concerned as I have sensitive eyes – anyone with eye issues used this product? Or similar cleansing balms?
IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream: Another product I’ve seen floating around the blog world. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried from this brand, and this is one of their most popular products. I need something less drying for the coming cold months and I’d like for this to replace my normal foundation. It’s been on my wishlist for awhile – I need to take the plunge!
Bite Beauty Multistick: I do NOT need this product. But I love their lipsticks and have to add this to my makeup bag.
Real Techniques Miracle Eraser Sponges: I had to toss my Beauty Blender this week and found these babies while searching Ulta. I personally prefer Real Techniques to Beauty Blender… and they’re much cheaper! I’ve practiced “nontouring” lately and think these mini sponges would help blend!
Glossier Haloscope Highlighter: I need another highlighter like I need a hole in the head. But I am interested in this particular product for winter because it provides hydration while it gives you a glow (the core contains coconut, almond, and castor seed oil). I’m quickly falling for all things Glossier!
I have a lot more on my wishlist, but it’s Friday, so I’ll only share five. 🙂
Have you tried any of these products? Thoughts? What’s on your wishlist? Have a great weekend!
